TRUCK TRAILERS BUILT BY VARIOUS CANADIAN MANUFACTURERS AND EQUIPPED WITH KELSEY-HAYES 10,000 POUND LOAD CAPACITY AXLE BEAMS. THE COLD FORGED WHEEL SPINDLES COULD FRACTURE AND ALLOW THE WHEEL TO SEPARATE WITHOUT SARNING FROM THE AXLE.
