BUSES EQUIPPED WITH ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL CAS ALUMINUM FRONT WHEEL HUBS INSTALLED ON ROCKWELL FF921 FRONT AXLES. THE SUBJECT HUBS MAY CONTAIN CASTING DEFICIENCIES IN THE WHEEL MOUNTING FLANGE AND/OR THE AREA OF THE INNER BEARING THAT CAN RESULT IN CRACKS LEADINT TO FAILURE OF THE HUB. A HUB FAILURE CAN CAUSE A WHEEL AND TIRE TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE CAUSING A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
