TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH SW56 OR SW57 SERIES HIGHWAY BOGIES (TANDEM AXLES). THE BRAKE HOSE BRACKET MOUNTED ON THE FRONT AXLE OF THE BOGIE MAY FAIL LEAVING THE BRAKE TEE UNSUPPORTED. THIS COULD CAUSE BROKEN HOSE CONNECTOR FITTINGS WHICH WOULD RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC APPLICATION, WITHOUT WARNING, OF THE SPRING EMERGENCY BRAKES AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
