TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH AN AIR START SYSTEM. THE ALUMINUM AIR START RESERVOIR (NO FUNCTION RELATIVE TO THE BRAKE SYSTEM) HAS A DESIGN DEFICIENCY WHICH RESULTS IN LESS THAN ADEQUATE STRENGTH OF THE RESERVOIR. SHOULD THE RESERVOIR FAIL, THE EXPLOSIVE FORCES WOULD PROPEL FRAGMENTS OF THE RESERVOIR IN ALL DIRECTIONS POSSIBLY INJURING PERSONS IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA.
