HEAVY DUTY TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH ROCKWELL INTERNATIONAL DISC STYLE CAST ALUMINUM FRONT WHEEL HUBS INSTALLED ON ROCKWELL FF921 FRONT AXLES. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF CRACKING IN THE AREA OF THE WHEEL MOUNTING GLANGE AND/OR INNER BEARING BARREL SECTION ON ROCKWELL CAST ALUMINUM WHEELS (CASTING NO. 3330A0911). EITHER DEFECT CAN CAUSE THE WHEEL AND TIRE TO SEPARATE FROM THE VEHICLE CAUSING A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
