THE ORIFICE IN THE EVAPORATIVE CONTROL SYSTEM MAY BE OF INCORRECT DIMENSIONS SUCH THAT PROLONGED EXPOSURE OF THE VEHICLE TO STRONG SUNLIGHT WOULD CAUSE AN INCREASE IN FUEL TEMPERATURE AND FUEL VAPOUR PRESSURE THAT COULD CAUSE THE FUEL TANK TO SPLIT AND LEAK FUEL.
