What the notice says If the windshield wiper motor is switched on when the wiper blades are frozen to the windshield, the drive link connecting the wiper pivot may become bent. this condition may cause the plastic bearing which fits over the drive motor ball joint to pull off thus disengaging the windshield wiper system.
