1979 DODGE TRADESMAN VANS AND DODGE SPORTSMAN WAGONS EQUIPPED WITH FACTORY-INSTALLED AIR CONDITIONING. THE AIR CONDITIONING BLOWER MOTOR HOUSING MAY ALLOW CONDENSATE WATER TO ACCUMULATE AND ENTER INTO THE BLOWER MOTOR. THIS MAY RESULT IN BLOWER MOTOR FAILURE AND LOSS OF WINDSHIELD DEFROSTING AND DEFOGGING. THESE VEHICLES WOULD THEN NOT COMPLY WITH CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 103 - WINDSHIELD DEFROSTING AND DEFOGGING.
