VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH OPTIONAL DECOR GROUP RECLINING DRIVERS SEAT ASSEMBLIES MAY NAVE A POOR QUALITY OR MISSING WELD IN THE SEAT BACK FRAME ASSEMBLY. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE THE RECLINING SEAT BACK MECHANISM TO BECOME INOPERATIVE AND THE SEAT BACK FRAME TO LOOSEN AND EVENTUALLY BREAK.
