VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH TURBOCHARGED 2.3L ENGINES AND MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS. VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT WITHOUT A PARTICULAR ELECTRIC CURCUIT IN THE IDLE TRACKING SYSTEM WIRING HARNESS. THIS CONDITION MAY CAUSE EXHAUST EMISSIONS OF HYDROCARBON (HC) AND CARBON MONOXIDE (CO) GASES TO EXCEED THE LIMITS SPECIFIED BY CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 1103 - EXHAUST EMISSIONS.
