IN CAB FORWARD TRUCKS, THE MIDLAND SLACK ADJUSTER INSTALLED ON THESE VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN REVERSE OF THE RECOMMENDED MIDLAND PROCEDURE. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE A SLACK ADJUSTER FAILURE AND POSSIBLE BRAKE FAILURE AT THE AFFECTED WHEEL. rnVEHICLES WERE SOLD IN THE PROVINCES OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, ONTARIO AND QUEBEC.
