THE SPEEDOMETER CABLE COULD BECOME TRAPPED UNDER THE THROTTLE LINKAGE WHEN THE THROTTLE IS IN THE FULL OPEN POSITION. THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN THE THROTTLE BEING HELD IN THE FULL OR PARTIALLY OPEN POSITION.
