VEHICLES WERE BUILT WITHOUT A MINIMUM AIR BRAKE AIR RESERVOIR VOLUME OF 12 TIMES THE VOLUME OF THE BRAKE CHAMBERS. THESE VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 121 - AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS.
