WHEEL SPINDLES HAVE A TENDENCY TO FRACTURE WHEN SUBJECTED TO SEVERE JOLTS OR STRESS. THIS COULD CAUSE THE WHEEL AND TIRE TO BECOME DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE AND COULD FORCE THE TOWING VEHICLE OFF THE ROAD OR CAUSE VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
