THE FLOORBOARD OPENING AND STEERING COLUMN SEAL BRACKET DOES NOT ALLOW CLEARANCE FOR THE STEERING SHAFT TO TURN FREELY. THE PINCH BOLT IN THE COLUMN YOKE BINDS OR LOCKS THE COLUMN AGAINST THE BRACKET CAUSING LITTLE OR NO WHEEL RETURN.
