IN COLD WEATHER AND DEEP SNOW CONDITIONS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT ICE MAY FORM ON THE CARBURETOR THROTTLE SHAFTS. THIS MAY PREVENT THE ENGINE FROM RETURNING TO ITS NORMAL IDLE SPEED AND COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE MACHINE BY THE OPERATOR.
