THESE TRAILERS WERE EQUIPPED WITH AXLES THAT HAVE BRITTLE BRAKE ROLLERS. BRITTLE BRAKE ROLLERS COULD FRACTURE IN SERVICE RESULTING IN LOSS OF BRAKES ON THE WHEEL(S) IN QUESTION AND POSSIBLE CRASH. NOTE: UNITS LOCATED IN BRITISH COLUMBIA.
