THE ALCOA 883400 SERIES HUB-PILOTED FORGED DISC WHEELS ON THESE VEHICLES MAY HAVE BEEN PRODUCED WITH THE PILOT BORES BELOW THE MINIMUM SPECIFIED DIAMETER. THIS COULD INTERFERE WITH PROPER MOUNTING AND POTENTIALLY CAUSE THE WHEELS TO RUN LOOSE. PROLONGED OPERATION MAY RESULT IN STUDS BREAKING AND WHEEL LOSS. rnCORRECTION: WHEELS WILL BE INSPECTED AND THOSE WITH PILOT BORES BELOW THE MINIMUM SPECIFICATION WILL BE REPLACED.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 1987122.
