THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING ANCHOR MAY BE POSITIONED IN SUCH A WAY THAT TENSION ON ONE OF THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRINGS IS INSUFFICIENT. THUS, THE AFFECTED SPRING MAY NOT PROVIDE A SECONDARY SOURCE TO RETURN THE THROTTLE TO IDLE AS REQUIRED BY C.M.V.S.S. 124 - ACCELERATOR CONTROL SYSTEMS. rnCORRECTION: RETURN SPRING ANCHOR WILL BE REPLACED AND/OR RELOCATED IF REQUIRED.
