THE REAR SUSPENSION TOP TORQUE RODS ON THE CHALMERS 800 SERIES SUSPENSION WERE MANUFACTURED BY WELDING TWO ANGLED TUBES TOGETHER. THESE WELDS MAY FAIL DUE TO INADEQUATE PENETRATION CAUSING THE TORQUE ROD TO FAIL WITHOUT WARNING AND ALLOWING THE REAR AXLE(S) TO MOVE OUT OF POSITION RESULTING IN VEHICLE INSTABILITY AND LOSS OF CONTROL. rnCORRECTION: WELDED TOP TORQUE RODS WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE PIECE TYPE.
