DOWELS, WHICH LOCATE AND PREVENT MOVEMENT BETWEEN THE SPRING CAP AND THE AXLE HOUSING ON THE SS65 BOGIE, MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED DURING INSTALLATION OF THE SPRING CAPS. OMISSION OF THE DOWELS WOULD PUT SHEAR PRESSURE ON THE FOUR(4) SPRING CAP BOLTS AND COULD CAUSE LOOSENING OR FAILURE OF THE BOLTS. THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND A CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. rnCORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND DOWELS INSTALLED WHERE NECESSARY.
