THE HAND THROTTLE CABLE MAY CAUSE WEAR TO OR MAY SAW INTO THE ACCELERATOR ROD. IF THIS SHOULD HAPPEN, THE THROTTLE CABLE WIRE COULD CAUSE THE ACCELERATOR TO STICK AND PREVENT THE ENGINE FROM RETURNING TO IDLE WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED.rnCORRECTION: ACCELERATOR ROD WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ROD WITH A HARDENED END.
