LEAKS THROUGH THE FIREWALL OR STEERING SHAFT BOOTS MAY ALLOW WATER TO RUN DOWN THE STEERING SHAFT. THE STEERING SHAFT SPLINE MAY BECOME CORRODED CAUSING IT TO SEIZE. THIS CAN RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN THE EFFORT TO STEER THE VEHICLE.rnCORRECTION: STEERING SHAFT WILL BE REPLACED WITH ONE OF A NEW DESIGN THAT IS INSTALLED IN AN INVERTED ORIENTATION SUCH THAT NO WATER CAN ENTER THE SPLINES.
