THE REARMOST POSTION PIN WHICH SECURES THE DETENT PLATE TO THE COMPRESSION ROD OF THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL DEVICE ASSEMBLY MAY WORK OUT OF ITS HOLE IN THE COMPRESSION ROD. THIS WOULD ALLOW THE DETENT PLATE TO ROTATE WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPRESSION ROD. IF THIS WERE TO OCCUR, THE TRANSMISSION SELECTOR LEVER COULD BE INADVERTENTLY MOVED FROM THE PARK POSTION.rnCORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL DEVICE ASSEMBLY WILL BE REPLACED IF REQUIRED.
