On certain vehicles, improper calibration of the powertrain control module (PCM) could result in a no-start condition in cold weather (-15 degrees centigrade or colder). Correction: Dealers will replace the powertrain control module (PCM), install an engine block heater and a customer instruction label. If the owner has experienced a no-start condition, the spark plugs will also be replaced.
