Canada — Transport Canada, Vehicle Recalls Database
On certain vehicles equipped with an F060T or F070T front axle, the front wheel hub outer bearing lock nut may have been improperly tightened during initial assembly, and an insufficient amount of grease may have been applied to the outer bearing. These conditions could result in the outer bearing generating excessive heat and/or breaking, causing the vehicle to become disabled. In the worst case, the excessive heat could cause a fire. Correction: Dealers will inspect the front inner and outer wheel hub bearings, and replace any bearings with signs of damage.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2004358.
