On certain school buses, the upper steering shaft pinch bolt may not have been correctly tightened during vehicle assembly. If the bolt loosens and falls out, the driver may loose steering control which could result in a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, tighten the steering pinch bolts.
