On certain ATVs, some operators could ride with their foot slightly engaging the rear brake foot lever without noticing. If this occurs, the rear brake may overheat and in some situations, lead to a vehicle fire. This situation can potentially cause serious injuries or even death to riders and bystanders. Correction: Dealers will modify the foot brake lever.
