On certain vehicles, the cabinet containing the television set installed in the overhead cockpit may be inadequately secured. The cabinet was installed using incorrect and inadequate fasteners. Should the cabinet fasteners fail, the overhead cabinet and television set may fall and contact the windshield, driver, or passenger, resulting in personal injuries and/or a vehicle crash. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
