Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

Certain school buses fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 209 - Seat Belt Assemblies. (1) The driver's seat, when in the highest and rearmost position, may lean against a barrier behind the seat, or against other items stored behind the seat, thereby pushing the belt against the seat back and preventing the seat belt from retracting. (2) When adjusting the seat to a higher position, the driver may pull the seat past the last stop so that the seat sits on the adjustment pin, which allows the seat to teeter on top of the pin. As a result, the upper seat pedestal tube could separate from the lower pedestal tube during vehicle operation. (3) If the driver is sitting in the driver's seat and reaches to adjust the seat height, their weight will cause the seat to drop, which could result in their hand becoming pinched between the seat and the lever. (4) The driver's seat is difficult to adjust to a high position. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2006366.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on a Ic: 15 in the register, and 377 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2006.
