On certain motorcycles, the lead wires for the pick-up coil can break while the engine is running, which would cause the engine to stall with no possibility of restart. Should this occur while the motorcycle is being ridden, this could result in loss of control and a vehicle crash with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the pick-up coil with an updated version.
