On certain motorhomes, it may be possible for the engine oil dipstick to contact an exposed electrical terminal stud when checking oil level. Should the other end of the dipstick be grounded at the time, this would cause an electrical short that could result in a fire. Correction: Dealers will install a terminal cover.
