On certain ATVs, the pivot bolts holding the rear suspension onto the frame may not have received adequate tightening torque during vehicle assembly. As such, they could become loose, and fall out, causing the rear swing arm to detach from the chassis. This could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash with personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will torque the pivot bolts to specs.
