On certain motorhomes, the rear suspension transverse beam may have been manufactured incorrectly. Should it fail, vehicle stability while cornering would be affected, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash with personal injury or death. In addition, the transverse beam could drop to the ground causing sparks that could create a fire hazard. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the transverse beam assembly.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2008201.
