On certain fifth wheel trailers equipped with a generator-ready option, elevated electrical loads (associated with RV use in higher ambient temperatures) could cause the power transfer switch to fail. This could allow the transfer switch to overheat and melt, which could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the transfer switch.
