On certain vehicles, the instrument cluster may display the gearbox position as u201cPu201d even though the gearbox is not mechanically engaged in the Park position. If this occurs, it could allow the vehicle to unexpectedly roll away which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will perform a gearbox position learning.
