Certain snowmobiles do not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 1201 u2013 Snowmobiles. Specifically, the passenger handgrip fasteners failed to meet the requirements of the certification program. If the fasteners were to fail, the passenger handgrips may loosen at one end and influence a rideru2019s ability to support oneself. If this were to occur while the snowmobile was in motion, there may be an increased risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the passenger handgrip fasteners.
