On certain trucks, the steering shaft assembly may not have been installed correctly. This could cause a loss of connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels, resulting in a loss of steering control and creating the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Daimler Trucks North America will inspect the steering shaft assembly and repair as necessary.
