Issue: rnCertain truck bed-covers could come loose while driving and detach from the truck. This problem affects tri-fold soft tonneau covers that were factory ordered or sold as an accessory. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA tonneau cover that separates from a moving vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnThe company will notify owners by mail and provide them with improved instructions and labels to explain how the tonneau cover should be installed. An online video will also be available. In addition, the company will provide owners with a tether kit for the cover.
