Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the connection between the turbocharger and the diesel particulate filter could leak. This could cause hot exhaust to leak into the engine compartment. As a result, nearby parts (like the oil separator) could be damaged. rnrnSafety Risk:rnAn exhaust leak in the engine compartment could damage other parts and create the risk of a fire.rnrnCorrective Actions: rnMercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the flange seals between the turbocharger and diesel particulate filter.
