Issue: rnOn certain motorcycles, the stop lamp will flash during emergency braking. Canadian regulations require the stop lamp to stay on constantly while braking. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA flashing stop lamp could cause confusion for other drivers. This could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnBMW Motorrad will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to update the stop lamp software, so that the stop lamp does not flash during emergency braking.
