Issue:
On certain motorhomes, a wire harness in the rear of the vehicle could be damaged by contact with the vehicle frame. If this happens, the engine could stall and you may not be able to restart it. This can also cause the antilock brake system (ABS) not to work properly and the roll stability control (RSC) to turn off.
Note: This problem may cause the check engine light and/or ABS and traction control warning lights to turn on.Safety Risk:
A sudden loss of engine power could create the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of ABS and/or RSC could also increase the risk of a crash.Corrective Actions:
Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a Ford or Lincoln dealer to inspect the wire harness for damage. The dealer will apply protective tape over the area and ensure the harness is not touching nearby parts. Any damaged wires will be replaced.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2020229.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This notice names one vehicle among several registers that have written about it. Every notice this site holds for the Thor Motor Coach Four Winds, in all seven, is kept on that vehicle's own page, with the newest in each.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on a Thor Motor Coach: 81 in the register, and 536 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2020.
