Issue: rnOn certain travel trailers, the furnace may not have been secured correctly. This could allow the furnace to move and become disconnected from the exhaust vent. If this occurs, carbon monoxide could build-up inside the trailer when the furnace is used. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA build-up of carbon monoxide inside the trailer could result in asphyxiation or carbon monoxide poisoning. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnForest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to secure the furnace.
