Issue: rnOn a small number of vehicles, the screw that secures the steering column to the steering gear may not be properly tightened. If the screw comes loose, the steering column could detach and cause a complete loss of steering control. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of steering control could create a risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Action: rnPorsche will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your vehicle to a dealer to install a new screw to secure the steering column to the steering gear.
