Issue: rnOn certain travel trailers, the refrigerator roof vent holes may be missing. As a result, the refrigerator could overheat, and carbon monoxide or unburned propane gas could build up inside the trailer. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA buildup of propane gas inside the trailer could create the risk of an explosion or fire. Additionally, a buildup of carbon monoxide could result in carbon monoxide poisoning. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnHeartland RV will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the refrigerator roof vents. New vent holes and a roof vent will be installed, if required.
