Issue: rnOn one fire truck, there could be a problem with circuit board for the electrical multiplex module (Weldon V-Mux Hercules HC 1.5 node). This could cause some vehicle systems not to work properly, including the headlamps and taillamps. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA loss of lighting could cause reduced visibility and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnE-One will contact the owner and provide a replacement electrical multiplex module and instructions for how to install it.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2022271.
