Issue: rnOn certain side-by-side UTVs, the connection between the fuel pump assembly and the fuel tank could leak. If this happens, fuel could leak onto hot surfaces that are nearby. rnrnSafety Risk: rnFuel that leaks onto a hot surface could cause a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnPolaris recommends that you should not drive your UTV until the recall repairs are completed. Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the fuel pump. For some 2021-2022 model year RZR Pro XP 4 models, the dealer will replace the fuel tank.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2022506.
