Issue: rnOver time, the mounting brackets for the front grille surround (trim) could loosen or detach. If this happens, the grille surround could detach from the vehicle. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA grille surround that separates from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnNavistar will notify owners by mail and advise you to inspect the grille surround periodically, and repair it if necessary. Navistar will send you a second notice when the replacement parts are available, and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the grille surround assembly.
