Issue:

Backup lamps that aren't visible could cause a person not to recognize that the vehicle is backing and increase the risk of a crash.Corrective Actions:
Navistar will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your truck to a dealership to install new tail stop/turn signal lamps with integrated backup lamps.
