Transport Canada carries this recall as 2023159, dated 21 March 2023. The American register carries the same defect as campaign 23E021, dated 16 March 2023. They are the same defect because the manufacturer filed both under one internal campaign code, SRVRCL23001.

The two registers are 5 days apart: the American entry is dated first, the Canadian one second.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 23E021, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

If this happens while riding, the bag could melt.rnrnSafety Risk:rnA soft bag that melts onto a hot surface can create the risk of a fire. rnrnCorrective Actions:rnDucati will notify owners by mail and advise you not to ride your motorcycle with the side bags attached until the recall repairs are completed. They will also instruct you to take your motorcycle to an authorized dealer to install a frame for the right-side bag. Additionally, Ducati will update the instructions for how to install the side bags.
