Transport Canada carries this recall as 2023159, dated 21 March 2023. The American register carries the same defect as campaign 23E021, dated 16 March 2023. They are the same defect because the manufacturer filed both under one internal campaign code, SRVRCL23001.

As a result, the bag could contact the exhaust. If this happens while riding, the bag could melt.Safety Risk:
A soft bag that melts onto a hot surface can create the risk of a fire.Corrective Actions:
Ducati will notify owners by mail and advise you not to ride your motorcycle with the side bags attached until the recall repairs are completed. They will also instruct you to take your motorcycle to an authorized dealer to install a frame for the right-side bag. Additionally, Ducati will update the instructions for how to install the side bags.
